Dallas is such a friendly and passionate person who, from the second you walk in to his store, will instantly make you feel comfortable no matter your experience with guitars. His willingness to be patient and provide insight and knowledge about guitars, breaking down concepts to a understandable level, all while just stopping in for a short while is incredible. I took a guitar that had been in storage for about 15 years and they brought this guitar back to life!
Very knowledgeable staff and exceeded all of my expectations on the outcome. Would highly recommend!

Dallas & his staff are some of the kindest and most knowledgeable musicians I’ve met. They have worked on many of my guitars & they’ve all come out playing better than they ever have before. Quality service, quality work & fast turnaround. Can’t recommend you take your instrument here enough

Noticed the awesome display at the "Metro" and had to check them out.
I've been buying guitars since my first one at Day's Music downtown Eau Claire and my first impression of Dallas is simply wow!
Dallas took the time to ask/listen to how and what I wanted to play and set up my guitar exactly how I wanted it.
I received a full report of what was done to become part of both of our record keeping.
This is a extremely high level of service you won't find anywhere else.
Been recommending my clients here. Explains everything in great detail and does great work with quick turnaround.

I came in with my five year old to get his first electric guitar set up and Dallas did it right away even though he was heading out for a meeting. Kind, efficient and nice price too! 5 stars. This is where I’m going to bring my guitars!
